Payments & Services
Our default method of receiving payments is through Stripe. Although strange given the bespoke service nature of our business, Stripe still requires certain information to be housed on our website, including the following:
- Description of services: we provide bespoke services that are defined in our agreements with each customer. Please refer to your contract for any services you have purchased.
- Purchase currency: our default currency is USD.
- Customer service contact information: please contact us at the phone number and email in your contract. If you cannot find your contract, please use the contact us section of our website.
- Fulfillment policy: all information on service cancellation is contained within your contract. In general we do not offer refunds or cancellation. If you would like a refund or cancellation to be considered please contact customer service. We don't sell goods so there is no shipping policy.
- We only provide service to customers who are approved.
- Our business address can be provided upon request by contacting customer service.
- We are not offering any promotions.
- All payments are done through Stripe, which is PCI compliant.
- We mostly accept major credit cards and ACH, though this is dependent customer to customer. If you have questions please contact customer service.
- We do not accept web-only purchases, and all of this information can be discussed with a company representative.
In short, please refer to your contract. In the event of any conflict between your contract and this page, the contract supersedes this page.
